Because Aussies are the best team in the world. Aussies and the England team cannot be even compared.
Just because England managed to just beat (repeat : JUST beat) the Aussies in 2005, they thought they had thereby automatically become the best team. Far from it.
Already 4-0 down with just a few more days left until the first Ashes whitewash in 85 years, and the England team still haven't got a clue what has gone wrong or what is wrong with them!

well that's quite a simple question to ask because the aussies are simply a team with much much better chemistry... they all blend well together and they have some legends on their teams which could blow any team away that is thrown at them .... this is what the english are lacking ...maybe just maybe if they had a full powered squad at hand they would atleast not be down 4-0 like they are right now the last match was just pathetic zimbabwe could play better...

Cause the Aussies have a superior sporting mentality. Even when in trouble they can fight back and turn things around. The english are much more like the SA team, once they are down/behind it's just a countdown to defeat

The Aussies call it ticker but you probably know it as heart. No Aussies would ever face an English team without giving all he had got to give.

They would not meekly surrender like this English team has. They would fight back.

Might have something to do with them being better prepared than England.

The one-day game has ruined Test Cricket. In the Fourth Test we needed batsmen like Geoff Boycott or Trevor Bailey who could stay at the crease all day, scoring about 60 runs. What have we got - a team selected from the "slash at anything" brigade, who lose their wickets with almost gay abandon

Because
1) Aussies want to win matches
