Depending on the kind of network you are on, you can try a few easy tricks:
Idea 1:
Open a command prompt window and type:
c:\>ipconfig | findstr Address
If the start of the number part is "172.", "10.", "192", "244." go on to idea 2. Other wise type:
c:\>ipconfig /release *
and then wait a while (5 min) and then type
c:\>ipconfig /renew *
c:\>ipconfig | findstr Address
if the number didn't change at all, try waiting longer, even over night.
Idea 2: If you have a router, try unplugging it and leaving it off for a while and then plug it back in, again, try longer if you still have problems. Most DSL and cable operators will give you a new IP if you stay disconnect for long enough.

Ok, if you are on a LAN enviroment you could have problems if you change your IP Address, so I recomend you to try the next web site www.megaproxy.com it hide your IP address, thera is a limit for free access, also you can pay for an account.
