The first song, more or less the REAL song, was "Heart and Soul", by Hoagy Carmichael & Frank Loesser. First on 1938.
The second song, where they're jumping quickly, is "Chopsticks", or "The Celebrated Chop Waltz", by Euphemia Allen in either 1877 or 1887. It's a classic tune that many, maybe even most people who take piano lessons learn.
