The word "animal" comes from the Latin word animal, of which animalia is the plural, and is derived from anima, meaning vital breath or soul. In everyday colloquial usage, the word usually refers to non-human animals. The biological definition of the word refers all members of the Kingdom Animalia. Therefore, when the word "animal" is used in a biological context, humans are included.

That's from wikepedia -- so yes, humans are warm blooded animals.

Yes...a cold blooded animal has the same temperature as its surroundings, but humans have a constant temperature, making them warm blooded.

Humans are warm-blooded animals / mammals, graced with the presence of Jesus Christ in us upon request. I can't see a way to beat that combination, and I've tried decades in ignorance trying to. God Bless you.

My head hurts... If you look in a science book on evolution or a basic biology text , there are many divisions ( or kingdoms), and we belong in the kingdom Animalia. I think that you might be able to guess whether or not you are warmblooded or not, so the real question is are we animals or not. If we aren't animals, then what are we?

A little boy asked his mom: Mom,are we animals or not?he said, because you tell me than we came from Adam and Eve,but Daddy said:We came from a kind of monkey.
Well,the mother answer,I'm talking about my family's side,about your Father's family side,I don't know.

Ha,Ha,Ha.(just kidding).
But for real, you'll gonna have different answers,it depends on WHO answer;let say a person who support the theory of evolution answer your question, that person gonna say:!Yes,we are animals, because we came from a monkey!
In the other side,if a Christian answer your question,He gonna say:!No,we came from Adam and Eve!
Personally, I don't think I'm an animal.
But one thing Every body agree with(I guess)is than We are warm blooded(In my opinion Human beings).

The Bible say:God created all kind of plants and animals first and than He said: Lets create the man in our own image.
