new tenant is involved with drugr n leaves children home alone?

on sevaeral occassions our new tenant who hasnt even been living in our house 4 2 whole months has left her underage kids home all alone. police have come to verify this n she states she never leaves when neighbors have seen her leave n have jotted down license plate numbers of which she lives n . also late at night too much noise neighbors complain.. drugs r involved n also have caught on several occassions opening up our mail n police dont want too make report about it . who can i contact child services n does anyone have a number in the bronx area to call aside from 311 in which i acn call

You need to do something--if she gets busted in your house for drugs, you can get charged too since you own the home.....the charges may not be as bad as hers, but why even chance it--evict her!
