My answer to your question comes directly from a local story in my April 21,1928 newspaper headlines. The judge has quoted the following.........."and that on the 25th day of July,1928,and that on the morning before of the hour of 8 o'clock you be taken to a place of execution and there be hanged by the neck untill dead. And may Almighty God have mercy on your soul".
