Most of Garland is declining. There are still some very nice places, but they are expensive.

I live in Garland & parts of it are! There are also really nice parts though. The city is really working on cleaning up some areas & i've noticed a lot of nice changes over the last year or so. Are you looking at a certain area of Garland?

I used to live there when I was a toddler. My memory of it & pictures I have seen from our time there was pretty suburban. But that was 20 years ago.

Parts of it are; but where Firewheel is its VERY nice.
