No it's not Morally wrong to hand over Saddam Hussein for his execution. America is not DOING THE SAME THING Saddam has been doing are you really that bloody daft ? We don't have to prove anything to the Muslims so what is your point ?

The people Saddam killed were not given a trial. An Iraqi tribunal found him guilty -- not America. We just happen to have the means to hold him. The Iraqi people deserve to excecute him after all that he has destroyed for them. It would be morally superior if America denied them the opportunity.

For the main area i'm against the loss of life penalty, even inspite of the shown fact that Saddam, if in reformatory for existence could quicker or later be gotten out via his followers raiding the penal complex. He became this form of viscous guy that i think of he could be lower back in ability if that handed off. If he concept he had it tough right here, basically anticipate him to communicate with seventy two virgins:)

i think saddam should be kept in a cage, oh, about 3X3 and shoved some ham through a slot once a day. why ever should we give him the keys to martyrdom?

Dr. O, the American voting system is rigged, in the end, the people arent even the ones who vote, our "representatives" do. Its rigged, the world is rigged and always will be. At least communists have good intentions when they implement their system.

We did not "hand him over"...we captured him and gave him to the law system of that country...his imprissionment, trial and execution has been (and will be)entirely at the hands of the Iraqui government....all we did was pull him out of a hole...

Americans did not gas tens of thousands of innocent civilians to death! You should be ashamed of yourself and your deliberate manipulations of the facts, sir!

I seriously thought about answering this question, but after reading Richard S.'s answer........I don't think anything else needs to be said. This is the U.S.A. and if you don't like the way we do things then........LEAVE!!!!!
