Everest isn't in the western hemisphere, Mckinley is the highest in North America but Aconcagua is the highest in the Western hemisphere.

the boiling point of water, accoriding to the equation pressure (in. Hg) = 29.921* (1-6.8753*0.000001 * altitude, ft.)^5.2559 at an altitude of 22841 ft (the height of the Aconcagua summit) would be about 160 F or about 71 C.

Aconcagua. 6959 M, 22,831 ft.

The freezing point of water at one atmosphere pressure is 273.15 Kelvin. (32 F, 0C) As the pressure is lowered, the freezing point increases ever so slightly, to 273.16 Kelvin. 0.01C, 32.14F This is at a pressure of 0.006 atmospheres.

So at 20,000, it is within .01 degrees of 0C
