I found out I was eight weeks pregnant last week. My husband kicked me in the stomach but swears it was an accident. (We were playing around but he's never kicked that hard). I don't know if it really was. Luckily he hit more of my chest than my stomach and I already went to the hospital and everything is fine. How do I trust him or do I just leave?

I mean sometimes people play around but the playing around fighting stuff should stop if you are pregnant. Honey that child is growing inside of you it is part of you I think you should really think this through. He could of been dileberate or a mistake but you can't let it happen again. You need to stop the rough housing and be there for your unborn child. I think you should take some time alone maybe at a realtives to see where things are. If I were in your situation I would leave because being pregnant is such a gift in like an instant it could of been taken away.

if u are eight weeks pregnant what are u doing playing around like that where u can hurt the baby.

sounds like both parties have some responsibility here

accept what he tells u for now---unless he has lied to u before...and if it happens again--then u leave--otherwise for now accept what he tells u as the truth (again, unless he is a liar anyway)

accidents do happen...and this is your husband not like it is just a bf who might want to run

Who the hell kicks other people IN THE STOMACH just as a joke? He is abusive and you know it. He has done it before and will do it again. Time to move on

before he hits you again (the next time is liable to be worser) you need to leave him they always say they are sorry and they will now do it no more but, each time gets worser you and the baby can make it without him do this before the baby gets born and gets to knowing him because if you wait till their older they hurt the worse by remembering their dad and knowing what kind of person he really is

Imagine you kicked someone, really hard. How do you react? Did he react that way?

Better yet, if your sister or friend told you it happened to them, what would you tell them to do about the guy?

Be as good to yourself as you would to a friend.

And have 911 on speed dial.

if ur husband says it was an accident then maybe it was dont reach conclusions.
God is all knowing.
and if your pregnant then i suggest that you should not leave him.
just give him a chance but tell him that if you find out it was done dilebrately you will never forgive him.
marriage is everlasting.

when I was pregnant my husband started to play to hard also.so we got in an argument and i was wanting to leave also, but he said he was sorry and I made him agree that we were not going to play like that anymore because it was to dangerous.so don't make him leave just yet.but made sure that he knows their cant just be accidents anymore.

Are you saying your husband may not want this baby.In the time you known your man has he hit you before?Right now your the only one can answer these questions. you need to read Dr. Laura C. Schlessinger books. Like ten stupid things women do to mess up their lives and stupid things parents do to mess up their kids and you and him need to read ten stupid things couples do to mess up their relationships.
