i want to ask this guy out, All-Star in football and Hockey, but i have no idea how? im a cheerleader, will that help?

Just ask.
Don't build the guy out to be a hero just because he's an all-star in sports. If the feeling is mutual, then it shouldn't matter whether you're a cheerleader or a janitor.
It's only weird if your best friend decides to tag along for the date!

Oh for gawd sakes just ask the guy out already would ya! There is no famous lines for asking guys out or techniques. Ask him, if he says sure then great for you if he says no...carry-on cause he ain't interested. Who cares if he's a jock and your a cheerleader. That has nuthin to do with nuthin! Dress up in your cheerleader outfit, and check him against the wall and ask him if he wants to go out with you. Give him a kiss while you have him against the wall.
