It doesn't come on at 8 pm anymore I don't think, but Monk is on Fridays on USA network. One of the best shows ever IMO.

that`s so raven, degrassi,south of nowhere ,beyond the break , alot of shows come on at 8 o`clock but you can only watch these if you have satiellite cable
