The money was intended for those who reach retirement age! SSA Disability comes out of a different pool! And don't forget who was throwing those of off SSA Disability who were disabled! Ronald Reagan!
If you don't qualify for Federal disability, you probably do state disability!
Do you really think that business ever cared for anything other than your cheap labor?

They would laugh at you but it is a nice thought. Especially when you pay into the system for so long and you know you'll never collect.

I don't know anyone who didn't have to fight to get what they paid for all of their years.
Try again, get a lawyer if you can, and when they finally pay you, you also get back pay.
Thats what I hear.
