What kind of question is that?
How long should you stay on the toilet? How long should you pay your bills? How long should you stay awake while driving a car? How long should you not put your finger in an electrical outlet?

Really, box it up and return it to where ever you purchased it. I have been on so long once that my eyeball fell out. My chair became fused to my rear. I had a food tube installed along with a catheter and a waste bag.

As long as you want to. Nothing wrong with spending time on computer as long as you stay away from trouble, such as porn, gambling, etc

when iam not busy iwae up at the morning and sit on it and leave it opened at night while iam sleeping to download
