I know majority people are telling me don't think about pregnancy or it won't happen. How do you forget about it? Everyone around me seems pregnant or just had their baby!!! Sometimes I feel like I am going to crack, someone tell me they went through the same thing and what they did to forget about it. PLEASE.

Don't listen to anyone except your doctor and your own inner self. Everybody has an opinion about everything--they'll tell you not to stress, don't think about it, you just need to relax...just tell me one thing...when did people who haven't suffered infertility become such experts on the subject? The advice that I am going to give you is the only advice that helped me during my 5 years of infertility--don't give up hope--it will happen!

it is hard to forget this .Try hard to be happy at where you are at in life. You seems to have a good marriage as you are trying. Just try to think of the things other than children(i know hard) keep busy in a hobbie or volenteering somewhere. I did Make A Wish. .
I so believe things are suppost to happen as they are too.Have you looked aboption? Iknow many that have done this and wouldnt change it for anything!
My mom on the other had thought she would never have kids . Her and my aunt one night got so drunk and guess what After both had tried for a long time they both got preggo then lol

Huh? They dont mean literally 'forget about it'. They meant stopp stressing out, which you are obviously really stressing about it.

Stress causes the body to reject pregnancies sometimes and can prevent that baby from sticking! So they all mean to just relax and take it easy.
You relax, your body relaxes and welcomes the new embryo in safely.

You don't need to forget, but driving yourself nuts isn't going to help either.

Just *try* to relax and keep a positive attitude. Just try to "know" that you will get pregnant someday, if not today.

very little you can do. When I was trying to conceive it was torture watching all the pregnant chicks and the little newborns all over the place. I wish I had some fool proof advice to give you, but I just don;t.

Good Luck
