I heard a few months back that Square Enix said they would be making more Final Fantasy games on xbox 360. I can't seem to find the article again. Well anyways, is there any rumors of it coming to 360?
I don't really want a ps3, and i'm probably going to end up getting a Wii and 360.

If im not mistaken they actually scrapped the idea, they recreated the intro to final fantasy VII for graphics comparison, but its not coming out! You can check out the video of it on youtube

As of right now, Square Enix is saying that they have no plans of making it for the 360. Yet.
As for my opinion, since the PS3 isn't doing to well in sales, and the xbox is whooping it in sales, Square Enix will want to sell it to the company that is going to make the most money for them. Remember, for companies, it's usually more about making more money, than it is for staying true to one console. Square Enix will probably realize that they could be making money for both consoles, and that more Xbox 360 owners want FF on their Xbox. If they decide to make it for both, a few fanboys will cry, but the company will make more money, and make alot of people who didn't buy the PS3, very happy.
I think in the future, Final Fantasy games will be coming to the Xbox 360. It would be great. It easily could handle the graphics, so that isn't the problem. It just matters if Square Enix wants more money, or to be loyal to Sony.
Edit: Sony has only released about 200,000 PS3's, and about half of those have probably ended up on Ebay. When people resell their PS3, Sony is losing money on that. You do realize that? Just because they sold out their consoles, doesn't mean they have made a ton of money. Sony is actually losing money with this console.

I don't think Square Enix will get out of PS. PS is Sony's which is Japan's. Xbox is Microsoft's. FF is from Japan, so I think they'd like to keep their revenue in Japan.
I dunno though.
[EDIT] PS3 is doing badly? Then why is it sold out all over the place? I don't know though... I've heard that Square Enix won't sell their FF series to companies outside Japan. That's why, they're doing it for Nintendo (Wii might be coming) and Sony.

Not for that system. But I heard all future games from the FF series will be on the Wii
