Treat her like crap. She will be all over you if you treat her like crap. This works for any woman.

hunny, you can't make things like this happen. either it's meant to be or not. don't change yourself 4 her. if you don't get her move on to some1 else. but what really turns me on in a man is a good sense of humour. so make her laugh and try to keep her happy. she'll always think of you positively and will probably start liking you. good luck.
oh and don't act desperate cuz that's a turn off but do make her feel special without being too pushy.

This sounds like what happened to me in thee 6th grade.
If you have any friends that are girls or have a friend that is friends with girls. ask them for her E-mail address, or if she doesn't know you like her ask a friend to tell her for you. Because She may like you but is too shy to tell you or fears being teased about likening you.
If you get her E-mail address first send her a E-mail like
HI this is ____________,
and then tell her something like a poem or anything that she likes.
Then ask her to reply.
If she does, don't be Shy when you E-mail her aging. She may think your weird if you sound scared or worried in your E-mail.
start the E-mail with like a Hey
or Whats up
Don't say something formal like Hello or Good day.
then say something about your day and other stuff about you
then ask if you want to be friends.
If you do it right she might Even start to like you.

Do nice things for her, like offering to carry her lunch tray or carrying her books for her after school.
Don't hang around her when she's with a group of other girls, though--they'll just think you're being annoying.

hey i'm a girl and i really wouldn't want a boy to be all over me. so...if i were you i would just pretend as if i don't like her anymore. she'll for some unknown reason will probably start liking you. seriously. so...be cool and smooth.
she'll definately start liking and i'm speaking 4rm experience. trust me.

well buy her stuff like flowers and leave them on her desk and write on the card that it is from her secret admirer and then
she will start liking this secret admirer more and more and then she will like you for the inside and not the out ! tell her when she is really in love
