Myths are that Banana's or Pineapple bring Labour on - seriously you would have to eat a truck load for it to do anything. Drinking RAspberry leaf tea is said to soften the cervix and bring on labour. Same is said for hot curry's. Having sex with ejaculation inside is said to be the most popular thing to induce labour. Personally I think baby comes when baby is ready xxxxxx Good luck when the time comes xxxx

Raspberry leaf tea can do the trick, but you have to get the proper stuff, as the new stocked item does not contain the ingredient that sets off labour. Proper liquorice will also this, but you have to eat loads. Black cohosh tastes disgusting and will make you feel sick, and you can only get it off the internet from America, but it works. My daughter arrived a little early, so it does work!! hope that helps!! Avoid these at all costs!!

Sex is the # one thing to start labor, like your first answer said but also like the guy down a little further on the list I agree it won't start anything unless your ready to begin with. Its a very special time bringing a new life home, enjoy it.

Your baby is not due. Would you take a cake out of the oven before it was baked?
Babies come when they are ready, nature has cared for it for almost 40 weeks. It will manage the next 3 weeks.

you should avoid spicy and salty foods, try to limit walking, and bumpy rides. but it will come when he's ready. the doctors can stop it if they feel ready but remember you due date is just a calculation and could be wrong so don't try to stop it your self.
my first son was born 2 weeks before my due date and he was really healthy and there was no problems.

No food or labour inducer such as sex, swining, walking, nipple stimulation, etc, etc will start labour before your baby is ready.

'They' say hot curry, hot bath, hot sex. At 37 weeks, why would you avoid it? You are good to go anytime after 36 weeks.
