Same reason why there are so many Yankee haters.
TV networks made the Cowboys "The Franchise", making it the figurehead team when marketing the league.
So, the haters are all those people who don't live in Texas, who never drank the Silver-and-Blue Kool-Aid, and who never accepted the Cowboys as anything but another over-rated, made for TV product.
And, you're wrong, the haters hate you when you win, and love you when you lose... It's your own pathetic fans who love you when you win and hate you when you lose.

I really don't like the Cowboys. The way the Lions front office have given Detroit continuous losing seasons over last 7-8 years....hope Dallas kills the Lions.

Because years ago someone tried to shove the Cowboys down every ones throat by calling them "America's Team" and showed them more than any other team on TV for years. Someone forgot that people rooted for their own home town teams and just got sick of seeing the Cowboys all the time. People started getting pissed off. Who could blame them? That plus the fact that Jerry Jones is such a jerk!!

There are so many people who jump on the bandwagon, when the Cowboys are winning, that's just the way it is. Personally, I don't care about the Cowboys rather they win or lose.

I don't hate the cowboys when they win or lose,but I dislike alot that the players and managers do like carrying guns to the airport to T O's constant whining try watching sportscenter on a day when they play bad and its all you see

man come on i have been watching the cowboys for over 25 years it a love hate feeling .it have always been this way .but the cowboys love this animosity and it trickle down to the cowboys fans .but have the fans gotten to be such wuss /cry babies like t.o .come on man they got the name America team because they have always been winners. not cry babies .( why do peoples hate on the cowboys it's call football peoples it's not nice sport)
