instead of the heals being the same color as the shirt have it be like a black heal with some pretty color accents in the heal (being like browns or a tone of your shirt) bringing not the whole color of the shirt, but (SOME) of it down so it has more of a balance. Also you could wear a dark necklace to bring the shoe into the outfit. Otherwise i think it is cute!

the shirt is very cute unless you have the body for skinny jeans I think a pair of boot cut jeans would be cute with your heels.
