Are you talking french national team of all stars? Or French club team from any era.
1998 for the National team. And I wouldn't change anyone, not even to include Henry or Platini.
But for club team I'd go with the 70's Saint Etienne, or this year's Olympique Lyon, who are likely to play Chelsea in the Champions League Final in May.
