im in CA, and someone from AZ is sending disgusting nudes to my cell... can i report this to the police? or cell phone company?

I would suggest starting with your local police. They should be able to lead you in the right direction and at least get a complaint filed and evidence documented.

If you are under aged and they are pornographic, the FBI will be interested. Otherwise, contact your local police. They can tell you more.
