He is being held in Bagdad, Iraq at a secret location. He is not in the US.

He was never brought to the US.
And for the same reasons that Gitmo exists...once in the US...you have constitutional rights.

he's not in the U.S.,,,he's on a secured base in iraq somewhere.the troops are guarding him that's why they said on the news that we had to release him to the iraqis first,,,,he's out there......
