This is the reason I don't have internet at home. They are less than honest and keep double and overcharging me. They correct the mistake and appologize, but then refuse to give a refund.

That's why I switched to Cox two months ago. So far, great.

How could they correct the mistake and apologized, but not giving you a refund? Wouldn't a correction means an adjustment and an adjustment means no more overcharging?

Don't you think they had admitted that they did overcharging you when they apologized for it? And don't you think that's enough to push for a refund if a wrong doing was admitted?

If you really didn't get a refund, take them to Small Claims Court.
Switch to another phone company. There are many cheap phone companies around. Don't let them get away with it.

Hey sweetie, at my house we use Vonage, they only cost $24.99 a month, and you can reach any one in the U.S. and Canada and outside, unlimited minutes(check Vonage to see where it's allowed outside of the country). We have Comcast internet and it's pretty cheap, Vonage hooks up to your internet service so you might wanna sign up for Comcast first, it's cheap. Though I hear NetZero is only $9.99 a month...do some research...but if they're over charging you.....you should lose em fast sweetie. We used to have SBC, but they kept over charging us too, so we fired them.lol Hope you find a better service. Later babe!!!

The best revenge is apathy.

If you let them get you hating then they have won.
