A Portuguese poetess. Probably the most important contemporary poet of 20th century Portugal. She's well-known for Os Contos Exemplares (Exemplary Tales) and a number of children's books. She died in 2004.

she was a portuguese writer and poet, she died about 2 or 3 years ago. She made stories for children based on the stories she made for her own kids. and some we study here at school like "Fada Oriana" .She's very well known and a great writter.
