put your tank in front of a window and that should be enough to start algae groth.

All you need is a small tank or bowl. Algae likes heat and light so put it in a window that gets lots of sun, or put a bright lamp over it.
Don't bother with algae wafers. Anybody who knows anything knows that they are cooked and any living thing in them is killed. They do not even contain algae anyway. They contain veggies like alfalfa and wheat, along with various meaty seafoods like shrimp and krill. No algea is in them

all you have to do is place a container or fish tank in front of a window to make sure it gets the most sunlight it can. and at night get a light on the surface of the water. very soon algea will grow all over in the water,.

LOL. I spend all summer trying to kill it in my pool. You ought to be able to find some in any body of water. If you have to grow it, get a fish and bowl and don't change the water for a week or so.

easy. pour water in a jar, put some rocks in, and leave it in a spot where it receives lots of light. the water will turn green in a day or two, and the rocks will become covered in'm

a fish tank/bowl exposed to light or you could get algae waffers( i think) at a pet store
