Depends on the guy. I find it hard to be with a male that has a child. Either gender might find it difficult to be in a relationship where their partner has previous commitments (a child or children) whether they have primary custody or not... especially if the person is still involved in fighting with the ex and typical "custody" games.

I know some guys that will gladly accept a female that has one child (especially if the child is young) but don't like the idea of two, three or even more children. I know I'd have troubles accepting a woman with kids by more than one man as a sister-in-law if my brother ever got involved with one. Fortunately, he never has.

I also know guys that don't care about the "extra baggage" including kids and are more interested in the lady's good points than the fact she already has kids. It all really depends on the person and their values. If a woman has kids, she can find "the right guy" who will accept her and her kids.

I think it could be difficult especially if the man does not have any kids. It would be hard for him to relate to parenting if he doesnt know how! Many men do not want a ready made family, they want a woman with no kids, that way if the relationship works out then they could start their own family. I have three kids and after my divorce i found that unless i wanted just have a good time men were not interested once they found out i had children.

My friend Roy wont even date girls that have kids. He says that the women are often bitter from the break up with the father, and he HATES it when the kid does something or acts out in some way and the mom doesnt take care of the child. He once told his girlfriends little girl to stop kicking him in the leg, and the mom got mad because she thought he rose his voice to her child.... I would have rose my voice too if some kid was kicking me in the leg!

Younger guys might be turned off by it because they may feel they need to be a father figure in the child's life but the man is not mentally prepared for that yet.

It's not for all men. I had 4 kids when I met my X (sigh). He loved kids and had already 3 of his own. It depends on the man. My currant SO of 10 years didn't have a problem with my son that was with me and I loved his son as if he were my own. Now we have our own child and 2 of my kids are living with me, 3 of my kids are grown, but if they wanted to all come live here, he'd be fine with that too. If they love you, they should accept your children also.

in my opinion no
because if he love her he will love her children too even if they are not his own children
and trust me once he take the responsibility he will love being a dad for these children and that will make love to have a children from his own blood
because being a parents is the most remarkable feeling and not all of us can be a parent

Not really if indeed the man remembers that she is a mother first and foremost and a female second.
