Yes, it is possible. If it's against your wishes and you make it clear, it's rape.

Yes, any forced sexual attack or contact can be considered rape. Thats just like a boyfriend forcing you to have sex, its not right just because he is your husband.

I suggest, right now, you go file a police report, go to the hospital and get checked for any internal damage and get out of there.

If he forced you once, he may force you again and next time it might not be as questionable.

If you feel that this is to harsh, *sighs* talk to him about it. Let him know that it made you feel ashamed and used and that something like that would not be tolerated. Let him know that forcing himself on you IS RAPE.

let him know you love him and want to be able to share the physical pleasures of a marriage but that what he did has made you feel uncomfortable.

let him know you are attracted to him, and that you want to get past this situation, then DEMAND that he goes to counsling alone AND with you.

if he refuses, jokes about it, or gets overly angry.

get out baby girl...

good luck.

PS: How do you prove it? Go to the hospital like I said, if there was forced entry it will show, even if you became arrosed midway through, there would still be damage. Go NOW and let someone exaine you before any more time passes. Also, file a police report of rape, write down everything about what happened now while it is still fresh, keep a diary...

It will be ok...

Yes, a husband can rape his wife. No ALWAYS means NO!

You go to the hospital and they preform a rape kit and you report him to the police.

FYI, if you report him then your marriage is over, but really the marriage was over when he forced himself on you. No REAL man need EVER force himself on a woman.

That is definitely a gray area. A man knows when a woman says no whether or not she means no, or whether the no really means yes. If you say no and mean, than he should respect that. If he doesn't, then he has a fight coming, and then you will have something to show for saying no if he makes you.

Yes, there´s a term for it, "spousal rape". Just because he´s your husband it doesn´t give him the right to force himself upon you.

You said no, that means NO. That's rape. Get away from this man before he does it again, or worse, kills you.

when a woman tells the man no he should respect her wishes. If he forces you it will only cause you to resent him tell him how you feel tell him you are sorry but you just don't feel like it tonight but you still love him if he forces you leave his sorry butt. No since in have something taken by force. If he loves you he will respect the word NO

NO means NO. Know matter what or who!!! A husband should respect his wife if he wants her respect.

ABSOLUTELY!
I don't matter who the person is. If you said no and the person did not listen then it is rape... PERIOD!

PLEASE tell someone and don't let this continue.

God Bless You!
