Sometimes life may seem unfair,wrong,unfortunate,a nightmare. you may wonder why when things in life are good for you but go totaly wrong at the same time.

Life is unfair! It only becomes a burden or a nightmare if you let it. Sometimes, bad things happen that are completely out of your control. Examine your circumstances, and determine if this is something you could have avoided. If not, deal with it the best you can (have hope!! - "this too shall pass"). If this is something that you could have prevented, try to look at it as one of life's hard lessons, and move on. Best of luck in getting through life's ups and downs!!
