were is the reset button and i tried to delete from itunes but it didnt work

Right click on the item in the iTunes library and click Delete>Move to recycle bin.

To reset an iPod after a freeze, put the iPod on Hold, take it off and hold the menu and center button at the same time.

chances are you downloaded the new updates on apple? same thing happened to mine. if so go get an older version of i tunes, and for the freezing part hold down the circle and the menu tab until it resets... hopefully that helps..

just delete them from iTunes.
sometimes it froze up. but it is normal. mine froze too. reset it.
