ALWAYS MATCH!!! dotn wear a a brown pant then a white shirt
alwyas contrats the colors......always be comfortable
for makeup dotn put on a lot..... the best would be lip gloss and eyeliner.......always look natural..like ur wearing wearing make up but it doesnt look really ugly...dotn wear like hot red lipstick , or dark purple eyeshadow...it would look really bad....also for school wear lip gloss or eye liner maybe eye shadow......but really light...
but for partys u can wear a little but more make up but dotn go over board with it.... now jewelry for school wear like earrings, a necklace or like a charm braclet, or a ring but but dotn put lots of jewelry for school....cuz its school and ur really goign there to study and to learn..but its ur choice.....but for partys wear lots of braclets or a really nice necklace that u cant wear to school....

i used to shop a lot at Abercrombie and Fitch/ Abercrombie Kids, American Eagle, all thoes named brand stores...
But i have grown to know that no one really cares where your clothes come from, it's more on how you look and how you present yourself. (although i still do my some of my shopping at AF, AE, Hollister, and more )
At 13 Just shop for clothes that you have taste for. Good stores would have to depend on you size or taste.

First of all to the people who said Abercrombie is worthless is just mad that they can't afford it.
I personally LOVE Abercrombie and HATE Hollister...Abercrombis is much more East coast (so it's more elegant) while Hollister is west coast.

Mix and match interesting colours and textures. Don't just do jeans and a t-shirt every day, no matter how cool/branded they are. Do unexpected colour. Don't wear UGG boots with skirts. Hehe.
Go to http://www.eyeslipsface.com for VERY CHEAP awesome makeup. Lots of colours and most everything is $1.
I think that as far as mainstream goes, Target has wonderful clothing. They have new "designer" lines with some of the stuff you see in magazines. Really cool.

Hollister, abercrombie's sister company is highly popular. You could also try stores like Charlotte Russe, Forever21, and Wet seal. Lastly, Claire's boutique is geared towards your age range, so you could pick up some great accessories there.

Abercrombie is worthless and trashy. I like Macy's, Aerpostale, Hollister, and JCPenney's. Those are good stores for thirteen year olds - man, there are so many of them out there nowadays!

it depends on your size. for smaller girls that age i shop at limited too, but if you are tall or average sized, express, new york & co. and gap all have great clothes. for makeup just go to walmart, but you can go to a department store and they will tell you what will look good on you first.
