I have since had thrush, but my current situation is not thrush. I think it could possibly be a urinary infection, however I have been to a doctor and had tests, with results determining no infection.

I have protected sex, is it possible that I could be allergic to latex, even though this never occurred the first time I encountered sexual activities.

Could you please let me know if there are remedies towards helping the burning sensation I am currently feeling. As it is very uncomfortable to get to sleep, and all through the day.

Any feedback would be great.

Your Doctor didn't do his job! The burning would be more pronounced when urinating if it was infection. An allergy is to be suspected. It is a horrible idea, but, you could stop the sex to see if there is a connection. It could be just natural dryness. That is what they invented Vaseline for. Don't be afraid of using it liberally and often. Good luck!

if it is not an infection and you have the doctors word for it, it may be irritation of the surface of your vagina. Did you by any change "dry out" during sex a few times? this could cause irritation and burning sensation that has nothing to do with infection.

Give it some days and go to your doctor again if it does not disappear..

you can get that burning sensation if you have a yeast infection. are you red and tender and do you itch maybe thats it. If thats not the case i would still advise you to make a visit to your gynocologist soon because its not healthy to let stuff like this go too long it can cause damage to your flopian tubes(typo sorry). I know latex bothers me when i have a yeast infection. not sure go have a pap smear and have a std test. good luck hope you feel better.

Could be the condoms, try swich to something new..
Also to clean you out try taking Cranberry pills, they work great!
And use Monistat cream for a week or two ..Hopefully these should help!
Good luck, i know it's no fun.
