Then the bag of garbage I was holding.

Then with a request to stay hidden until the neighborhood kids came along, so you could jump out and scare the bejesus out of them.

Then a similar request for when the garbage men came by Thursday morning. I'm sure a good scare will keep them alert and refreshed more than the diner coffee would.

Then with an apology after the garbage men lift the entire can without checking it first, into the back part of the truck which compresses all garbage into a roughly 2 x 2' cube. I would feel bad. Your tiny, cubical grave plot would haunt my memories, and I'd think back to happier times when I would've just simply hit you with the lid, and then race back into my house.

I'd probably scream out of surprise then I'd laugh my head off. After that I'd probably kick your *** for being a freak. Who knows what I'd really do, I'm pretty unpredictable.
