It is the Palm Dubai. I have stayed there a couple times and it is my favorate hotel so far in Dubai. I usually have booked them off of http://www.southtravels.com/middleeast/uae/dubaiparkhotel/index.html. They have the best price. The service there is really good and they so a nice breakfast. The Irish pub is quite entertaining as well.
ADDED: Ask for a renovated room. They are beautiful.
