Flirting may start out harmless, but why does somebody flirt anyway? This flirting could get him into a whole heap-o-trouble. Encourage him to find more productive things to do with his time and explain to him that you don't feel comfortable with him flirting. Obviously it bothers you, let him know it hurts your feelings. At least that is a good start.

How does it make you feel??? It is polically correct to call this cheating... he is being intimate with another woman... you may even ask him how would he feel if you were messaging someone in the same manner... You get a big no way from me on this one... pull the plug and smack him up side the head!

That depends on lots of things.
Is he focused just on one person?
Has he tried to meet any of them in person?
Is he taking time away from your relationship to do this?
Is he able to walk away from the msgs for long periods?
What do the msgs say?
What does your gut say?
I would read the record of the msgs myself and see

I would tell him to stop that you don't appreciate it, if he doesn't want to, then I would begin to doubt and ask why.
