The only reason why I can think it would be bad (other than the whole illegal thing) is that you are already hungry on your period and pot will just make it worse. Be ready to be extra bloated!

first off, forget those people who'll say don't smoke at all and such... (haters) it's your choice ultimately and if these imbiciles would read up facts on it, they'd realize the government is wrong about marijuana in most all accounts and claims. and no. on your period it is absolutly fine. it shouldn't throw any chemicals in your body to over imbalance at all. unless you lace the parifinalia with true drugs, there is no harm in smoking it. alcohol and cigarettes or more dangerous than weed any day.

I dont know where you heard this maybe from one of your friends. But ive learned from experience to not listen to them when they say something you think is off. No it isn't any worse when your on your period then when your off. Its just as bad,building tar in your lungs and frying your brain cells but hey what ever floats your boat just dont get caught with it if your doing it.

I don't know but the answer is yes only if you have a low blood pressure or high blood pressure risk.
