I think the question is a little unclear, I have the DVDs but I want to make copies of them. Is there a free program I can use to do this?

Not limewire, limewire is for getting movies, not for copying or burning them. Sorry.

try dvdshrink and dvddecrypter. They work together and I have great results backing up my DVDs

if your computer does not have the capabilities of a dvd recorder all the software in the world won't help

You need an uncode: search for DVD43. That will allow you to copy. (shhhh, don't tell anyone.)
