Yes about why one `class` of person is able to get first class treatment in our NHS system and another `class` of person cannot. Why one `class` of person can get first class health treatment , because they can afford to pay for it privately and why another can not. Although it is far too politically correct to put it in so many words, what it says (understanding it as I do) is that if you are white you will get better treatment, because you can usually afford to pay .Even if you cannot afford to pay , you will still get better treatment because you are white.

It was basically about inequalities in health and the health system due to class!!
