Hmm I say both. Why eating something that tastes good but you will later pay the consequences and/or die. And also eating something that tastes like c(rap) but is good for you. Glad there are variable kinds of foods that are good for your health and tastes yummy.

Mostly health.. and lots of Healthy food tastes good.. but once in a while something that tastes good but is not exactly healty is still okay in my book!

um... mostly taste but if there is a low fat version or something like that i would probally go with that unless it tastes nothing like the real thing
