no i would not watch him be killed. killing him regardless of the amount of formality involved in the desion to kill him and the big formal sort of event they will make it out to be . killing is killing and doing so is a sin no amount of judges on this earth can overrule Gods laws . for all who are unaware god is very clear on this issue no killing.
