i was pulling the charger out of the phone, and i pulled out something from the phone itself. it has three little orange wires sticking out and wont let the charger go back in, what did i do? will a regular verizon plan cover this?

sounds like you pulled the charging wires out with the charger
that should not have happended.
You can take the phone in and see if someone who works there would be willing to take a look at it and possibly fix it for you.
If you bought the insurance and they can;t then you will just file a claim pay your deductible and get a new phone

sounds like you broke it. do you have insurance on your phone? becasue i have verizon and they are very picky about this stuff and usually wont get you a new phone.
