Now I keep getting prank phone calls.
This guy sent nude pictures to all the married females he knows. He doesn't want to give up control. What should I do?

The worst thing to do to a narcisist is to not care. Not giving him attention will probably make him bored and leave you alone.

Restraining orders are only worth the paper they're printed on - and will probably p1ss him off.
Might work to sit down and discuss the matter directly with him - but most women won't do that. They like the drama too much.
Out of curiosity, where do you get the "narcisist" [sic] tag? Is that a formal diagnosis? Or just the way you decided to label him?

if you know where he lives and how to get hold of his mother, (email or address, send her the pics. Then get together all of your married friends, wife's and husbands and invite him over to a cup cake party. Make sure all of the cupcakes are small but his, make his really big and fancy. Shower him with all kinds of eccentric and weird attention.
make the moment the most uncomfortable and weird thing that he has ever done. Play games like duck duck goose and have story time. Hopefully he will go away, file charges

Do you still have the pictures he e-mailed? Show them to the police, and tell them that the guy is stalking and harassing you. At the least, I think he can be arrested for the pictures.
