Eye Shadow:
You'll look best in pale pink, light to medium pinkish-brown and medium purple shades of eye shadow. Choose one shade only to use at a time and apply it all over eyes, from lash-line to brows.
Mascara:
Apply one coat of clear or black mascara.
Lip Color:
Your best lip look is clear gloss or a very sheer, pale gloss in a baby pink or peachey shade.
Special Occasions:
A glittery pink eye shadow all over lids combined with one to two coats of black mascara will look gorgeous for special evenings. Keep lips sheer and light with glittery clear or beige gloss.

Beautiful-sounding colouring! When you say pale skin I'm going to assume it's got warm/neutral undertones rather than cool.
However, knowing the undertone of your skin makes all the difference in the world! For instance, if you have red lipstick that's more of a coral shade, it will look WAY different than a red one that's more berry-ish. One will look great, one will look either "okay" or "eek!"
So all I can say is pick a neutral blush which will warm things up with your pale skin and black hair, steer clear from too much dark bronzer/foundation/etc (always looks bad on naturally-pale skin), and choose a neutral brown eye shadow/liner scheme.
And you can never go wrong with a black mascara.
Personally...I'd go for a great red lipstick, depending on your tone. Play around. I get Wet 'n' Wild's very cheap lipsticks and eyeshadows to see what colours will look good on me. If they don't look good, give them to a friend with the oppostive skin tone.

dark hair and green eyes Hhhmmm. I think earth toned shades with the layered looks. A highlighter blending the color from eyelash line to brow line, on the lid add a neutral light brown shade, then add contouring in the crease (work from the corner in) with a darker shade and add the highlighter color under the brown, not to wide, use a sage colored eye liner on the top lid, do not use liquid liner. A brown/black mascara. add a little of the mascara to the brow to even out the overall color of your brown/black hair and eyelashes. It grooms them nicely and keeps them in place.

Wow diverse solutions.... i might want to assert head all the way down to the dollar keep or someplace and purchase some low-cost eyeshadow in a sort of colorings merely to attempt with then bypass spend massive money on the colors that artwork at a dept keep. i might want to bypass for brown eyeliner hues because the black might want to be too darkish and heavy and also you may want to finally end up searching like a bar b*tch (you already know one in each of those previous broads that hangs out in bars). I easily have light epidermis and clearly blonde hair and that i'm in love with this shimmery gold colorings set I were given at relatives dollar. I were given it to attempt with and may want to't locate those colorings everywhere else and they are ideal for me. I wager they could look strong on you too along with your epidermis and hair. One is a basic gold and that i apply it to the full lid lower than the crease. Then there's a bronze and that i exploit it from the middle of the crease all the way down to the oustide nook of the lid, and to line the exterior of the eyelid with like a smudgy eyeliner(once you be conscious the bronze it makes sort of a 2 sided triangle that meets on the exterior nook of the interest. Then it has a light-weight red shade that I take and sweep from the interior nook up and lower than the foreheadline. Then there's a shimmery white and that i take it and bypass gently lower than the arch of my foreheadfor definition. It sounds like plenty yet as quickly because it truly is performed evidently very well practice and professional and complements my eyes. i do not typically placed on eyeliner yet after I do I ascertain the pencil is sharp and intently line the interior my eyes, between the lashes (not on suitable of the lid like some human beings do- i stumble upon it truly is merely too darkish and heavy for my smooth coloring). and that i consistently end off with black- brown mascara. One quick coat to get each of the lashes coated, enable that dry a minute and then bypass over the concepts for definition and structure. yet you may want to be quick with mascara and in no way too many coats or you may have tarantula eyes. Do it good and this is going to look great.

Me, too!!
Golds bring out green. So do purples. But I've found creative ways to use even (gasp!) green.
