My 360 live will not work cecause of the DSN # any advise???

This is my sons and I am not all that XBOX smart please help in detail he would appericate it as well as me he got it xmas and I have been unable to hook it up. Thank you so much.

I do not own an xbox 360 but I recommend you go to www.xbox.com and see the xbox 360 live help or contact microsoft or the store yo u bought it from! hop i helped!
