Are Aquarians usually flaky?

I'm an Aquarius and my friend tells me that I'm the typical Aquarius because I tend to be a little flaky sometimes. Is this a normal trait of Aquarians?

I'm an Aquarius too, and I've been known for being a bit out there. I've been told the same line from my friends before too, "You're so weird, but we love you," stuff like that. I take it as a compliment though. Don't be ashamed of being your own person. I have no doubt your friends envy your originality. We're known for being creative and expressing ourselves differently. I doubt you're dumb, because I don't known any Aquarians who are, so I don't think they mean it as air-headed, although we all have moments. People can judge our opinions, and our ways, but in the end, a lot of what we have to say makes sense. It's a proven fact that Aquarians are living a step ahead of everyone else. Don't worry about being different :) If anything, worry for the people who don't know how.

You know, I've never really understood exactly what being "flaky" means. If it means weird, then yes, that is a trademark of our sign. I've been told that I'm a little out there and I take it as a compliment even if it's not meant that way because most Aquarians pride themselves on being truly unique and standing out in our own little weird ways =) Now if that's not what flaky means I don't know what to tell ya..lol. I've always thought that it meant air-headed. If that's the case that's definitely not a typical Aquarius trait. We're known for being the most intelligent of all signs.

For many years Neptune has been in Aquarius (and Chiron too), so your identity might be a little illusory/waterychangeable-- wishy-washy if you will. This continues for a while (thourhg 2011). In 2012, you may start to develop unrealistic ideas about money/wealth/belongings (or just change all that stuff around a lot). There are going to be sudden unexpected changes in wealth and belongings until that time too (Good? Bad? Depends on you and your luck, I guess).

That may be why you seem a bit flaky right now. It'll pass completely within about 4 years. The last part of 2001 and most of 2012 look good for romance/recreation/travel.

In short, flaky is going to pass, and your wealth/worldly belongings are going to change in the time leading up to then. And then you are either going to be living in a dream regarding worldly things or in a daze (pick dream--smile).

i have never thought of an aquarian as being "flaky" just original but some other signs might not understand that. My daughter is an aquarian and she is very creative and original in everything she does. she is also not afraid to stand up for what she thinks is right. she does march to a different drum beat and sometimes it is really hard to understand where she is coming from. don't let others influence you with labels. just be yourself and I am sure that everyone will love you for who you are!
