J C is funny, cracked me up! Well, this year I wore a ruffled, white dress and did my hair really nicely. I guess you can wear a cute dress or something.

it depends if ur a teen, a cute denim skirt with a cute tank and flip flops or ballet flats (hairr straightin)
if ur a tween: a cute pair of jeans with a cute tank with a shrug and flip flops (hair straight with a cliped mini ponytail)
