Trailer trash: I suppose so, if a black person lives in a trailer and acts like trash.
Black trash: yes, but that's not the term used. You see, I believe the term "white trash" was coined to distinguish them from whites of quality. Back then, to say "black trash" would have been redundant, thanks to racist attitudes. I suppose a lowlife black person today would be called a lowlife or a thug; of course, there are lowlifes and thugs of all colors.
Brownnecks: I don't think such a term has been coined yet. I suppose a black redneck should be called a maroon-neck.
