I really like how they are a mixture of common and unique names.
Jake Austin is a great name, but Jacob Austin flows better. You could still call him Jake, and as he gets older he'll be able to choose between Jake or Jacob.
Ryan Caspian is a cool name. Ryan has always been a favorite of mine.
Justin Blyth isn't my favorite from your list, but it's nice.
Breanna Scarlett is beautiful! I really love that. I would suggest spelling it Brianna though. For some reason I like it better.
Kelsie Fiona is very pretty. I like Breanna Scarlett better, but Kelsie Fiona is very nice name.

I think most of the names are quite lovely...and I definitely like the boy's first names being common and the second names being somewhat unusual. I'm not too fond of "Austin" though. I think it's becoming a little over-used of late. Ryan Caspian is definitely my favorite. Ryan is a strong and intelligent name and Caspian feels mysterious and exotic.
As far as the girls names go, while I like them, I think you should do the reverse for them. The less usual names should be first names and the common names should be middle names (in my humble opinion). I personally would want to have a more unusual first name over one that everyone is currently using. I can't begin to tell you how many Breanna's and Kelsie's there are out there. It's not that they aren't lovely names...but it's going to be hard for a child to feel unique if half their friends share their same first name.
Scarlett and Fiona are old names that are starting to make a comeback, but they are still few enough that your daughter will likely not run into too many girls with the same name. I personally like Scarlett Breanna and Fiona Kelsie.
So my emphasis is that going the common route with the first names of boys is the way to go, but not necessarily with girls.
Good luck!

I like Jake Blyth , Austin Blyth. Austin has become a common name over the years. Breanna is a nice name but over used. Fiona Scarlett. Thats nice. I never meet a kelsie I don't know how common that name is. Have fun and play around with all the names mix them until you find the fit you like. Good luck.

Jake Austin- I like Jake, but not Austin (sounds too country)
Ryan Caspian- Ryan is commong, Caspian is just odd fitting
Justin Blyth- Justin is way too common, Blyth is a girls name
I'd do Jake Ryan.
Breanna Scarlett- I like Scarlett. I'd do Aubreanna.
Kelsie Fiona- Fiona I don't like. Kelsie is too common and ditzy sounding. I'd do Colbie or Kelby.
I'd do Kelby Scarlett.

I like Justin Blyth, that's a good name. For a girl, I don't like Scarlett or Fiona, but Breanna Kelsie is cute. Brenna is also cute for a girl.
