I have at a park and on top of cliffs on a trail. It was exciting knowing that maybe people see you but I was far enough away so if anyone saw they couldn't see my face lol.

hmm. How public do you mean? I've never been viewed by a crowed and video taped or nothing. However I have graced a couple of back seats as well as had sex on a school ground.
