that song isn't, but other songs on the CD may be, so they just set the whole CD as explicit.

just check the lyrics of a song before buying it. it's what i do cuz my parents are the same way.

There isn't anything explicit about the song. Maybe your parents haven't really listened to the song. Maybe they don't like the infidelity part and that is why it is explicit to them. I am a parent and I have no problem letting my children (16 & 9) listen to it. I have the EDITED VERSION(it will say right on the CD). It doesn't have any foul language in it and the CD itself says nothing about any of their songs being explicit. If they don't like the picture on the front cover of the CD let them take out the cover page. This song is pesonally one of my favorite songs right now and would never think of cheating on my spouse just because of a song.

I like that song. I put it on my MP3. I think it said that because it talks about relationships. Even though allot of songs do. Hope you find a way to get the song. That`s very odd that it says that it is explict!!!
( did we spell explict right because spell check says other wise )

I've never heard of that song, but I do know that many songs have things that kids your age don't understand, it's not so much the individual words as it is the songs meaning. Usually there will be a cleaned up version as well. So you can search for that but if it isn't there then ask your mom or dad to listen to it and to aprrove it for you. They will make the right decision for you! Though from the previous answers I would say it's innapropriate. There are many other songs! : )

Good Luck! : )

It's just explict because of the meaning of the lyrics; his ex-girlfriend calls him; I guess they both have feelings for each other even though he has another girlfriend already. I thought this song was really meaningful; almost sad; kinda

There's not anything bad about that song, maybe it was a messed up version or someone just downloaded something different. There's even a country version out now, so Nothing is wrong with that song.

It is not based on the actual song itself. There are other songs on the album that are explicit, and that is what it goes by. I hope I have answered your question. There is a country version of it also, it is the exact same lyrics. Try that one. It is by Jack Ingram.

The song in particular isn't doesn't contain explicit lyrics, the album does. Ask your parents to let you download the song only, not the entire album.

Sweetie you should not listen to that song - it is about a man cheating on his current girlfriend with his ex girlfriend. It has a good tune but the lyrics suck. There are far better songs for you to listen to.
